Sage : Badarayana (pr: Baadaraayan`a) - (another name Vyaasa).
Gods: There seems to be a separate God for gambling with "Dice".
Procedure : There are seven verses from 109 A to 109 G. This is the FOURTH verse. All the verses are to be used in this procedure.
The dice are to be first soaked in curd and honey for three nights.
Then they are to be sanctified by recitiing the seven verses three times.

Adinavam pratidivnee ghriteenaasmaam abhi kshara
Vriksham iva as`anaaya jahi yoo asmaan pratidiipyatee.
GIST
The gambler, or the Priest conducting the sacrifice on behalf of the gambler is praying: "I am praying you with these dice so as to conquer my rival gamblers. Pl. allow us to get united with clarified butter (the sacrificial oblation). Reject the rival gamblers like a thunder-bolt rejects a withered dry tree.
NOTE
Atharvan`a Veda verses are to be sung using raised (udaatta) and lowered (unudaatta) tones, for which guidance of a teacher is necessary. The Mantras have rhythm as well.
